BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Ally Hamisi is associate at Rukazibwa & Associate Advocates since 2020. His practice based on Intellectual Property laws, Corporate law, Employment and Labour Relations law, Civil litigation as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has notable experience in advising both natives and foreigner clients on matters related to Intellectual Property Rights in both Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar and he successfully represents reputed clients in both contentious and non – contentious matters.
Mr. Ally is licensed to practice before the High Court of Zanzibar and Subordinate Courts thereto save for Kadhi’s Court and Primary Courts. He also an active member of the Zanzibar Law Society (ZLS) and East Africa Law Society (EALS).
